About Royal Bank of Scotland FlexiLoan for Graduates

This Royal Bank of Scotland loan is available to existing Royal Bank of Scotland customers who have graduated within the last 3 years and either currently in permanent full-time or part-time work or have a firm job offer. You can borrow between £5,000 and £9,950 for up to 5 years and between £10,000 and £15,000 for up to 7 years. They also let you defer payments for 12 months at the beginning of your loan so you don't have to worry about making payments for a while - bear in mind interest still applies.

You can only apply in a local branch and you can find your closest branch by clicking the following link: http://www.rbs.co.uk/microsites/general/branch_locator/step1.asp You will need to take with you: Proof that you have graduated, proof that you have a permanent job contract, details of you income and expenditure breakdown (utility bills, rent paperwork, credit card bills, payslips, etc.), proof of ID (driving license/passport) and proof of address. An employee will run through the application with you, assess your documents and decide whether you are going to be able to afford the loan. If you are accepted, customers with online banking can receive their money within 24 hours and if you do not have online banking it can take up to two working days.
