i used them and paid my loan early then needed to puts again and they asked me for proof of who i was so sent all the info they asked for and clearly my income could pay the loan but they declined me and didnt give me a reason why i said what are these checks for they said a random security check i said ok but for £340 aint like its a massive loan so once they told me i got declined i told my friends they said same thing so wasnt so random if 2 friends done the same rubbish thats wat they are and cause they declined me now i cant use wonga!

I borrowed £120 and without even trying to take it out in one sum there taking it out in little bits without me knowing! which has put me in arrears with them and there charging me more.. but now there not even letting me login! and apparently my info aint on there system just disgraceful

Strarted off fine with no hassle. Until everytime the loan repayment date came up I would get numerous phone calls, emails and text messages basically trying to get me to defer my loan. Sure, this can be helpful but ultimately gets more money for them as its £20 a pop and you still have the full amount of loan and interest to pay back. And also when I've paid well in advance of the pay back date, the loan and interest are just the same so there is no incentive to pay back early. I've never given them any reason to be concerned about my repayments and suddenly they want to know where I work and the telephone number (information they already possessed) which makes me wonder to what degree do they respect your privacy and whether they have contacted my work place for no good reason. Since then they have blocked my account, again for no valid reason and I'm still getting numerous phone calls. Looking forward to parting company with them and not having the headache of the constant contacting.

One other thing is that it doesn't fill me with confidence when I receive calls from people who speak in broken english asking for my personal details
