Not just a broker, a broker masquerading as a lender offering a text loan service. I did the 'quick two page application' and then it took me to another lenders site completely. Received four texts messages from different lenders using the same contact! All in the same format just with different web addresses. Already had one phone call and 7 emails also - I applied less than 10 minutes ago.Basically up front the site is very professional and they text you a pin and it seems like a normal loan site like txtloans... But then after that you fill in your info and it just takes you off to some other random site - you also can't log back in afterwards.
Your review "13 DAYS AGO" I applied and received the "loan in motion" statement but no funds yet and no reply to emails. Being a previous customer obviously means nothing. THIS LOT ARE A COMPLETE SHOWER!!
Note: You must be a customer of this company to submit a review
As a long standing customer of this company I have had no reason to complain, unfortunately recent events have discouraged me from using them again.
I applied for a loan (already a customer so no checks required), got a text message and email confirming that monies would be transferred within a matter of minutes. All good so relaxed and got on with other things. Three hours later checked my bank account and no monies, so proceeded to email the company (no phone number). Was told that there was a maintenance issue and no customers were receiving money. Asked a number of further questions which didn't receive a response. Got a response this morning which didn't address any of my questions so I have just emailed again.
How are these companies allowed to operate when they charge ridIculous rates of interest and many are under investigation?
Saw the sign 'Cash in 15 mins'. Aplied, told on my new account that 'd be contacted very shortly should there be any problems. This was yesterday. Hate companies advertising something they clearly don't provide. Also clearly obvious that the first couple of reviews are blatantly from them bigging themselves up. Disgrace
Tried to get a loan with these guys i got my code to login about 2 weeks ago, when i sign in all it says is congratulations. No one from the company has setup my account page or contacted me, some thinks not right with these guys. Hope this helps!
APPLIED FOR IT LAST WEEKEND AND STILL SAYING WE ARE CROSS CHECKING YOUR APPLICATION LOL SENT 5-6 EMAILS STILL NO ANSWER TO NONE OF THEM SO PROBABLY A FAKE COMPANY BECAUSE DID THE SAME THING WITH DIFFERENT APPLICATION ON DIFFERENT PERSONS NAME.... AVOID IT TO SAVE TIME NOW IM HAPPY WITH TXTLOAN AS THEY PROVIDED ME THE CASH WITHIN 30 MINUTES :))
there site boasts "cash just minutes away"
i applied monday, waited untill wednesday i then emailed them with no reply untill the next day i was told the could not get an answer on my work phone to verify my employment so i had to send bank statements , i sent them yesterday at around 14.00pm and i still dont have a reply today(friday) ..at 15.09 pm. very slow in making a decision the need for a loan has almost past me now maybe ill try txloan my friend said it took her 10 mins.... hmmmm
Their late charges are nothing short of thievery. Had a genuine reason for missing the payment (card stolen etc) but their customer service team couldn't give a toss. Would rather use a loan shark - at least you get to speak to them as they're shafting you.
I received nasty collection letter from mobile quid debt collection of the loan I had never even taken. Tried to contact the lender directly but they just told me to deal with their debt collectors or otherwise this would have mark on my record. What should I do, I did not take a loan from these bloodsuckers. People could not even speak proper english in there. Luckily my bank has been sympathetic and they are investigating matters further. Can't understand how they managed allow someone else to borrow in my name and transfer the money into someone else's account. Watch this space, their ID fraud checking has some major flaws and I am sure there will be many more to come. I have also contacted police to investigate but mobile quid did not care. Just told me to pay back a loan to debt collectors without hearing me out first. I am so fed up with this ******** company.
Forgot to pay the loan on repayment date and a couple of days later 58 pounds had been added to my loan already. However they are one of the cheapest alternative if you only need £100 but I recommend not to take it if you cant pay back on time.
I find MobileQuid convenient and easy to deal with and I've used them a few times when I needed some cash quickly to tide me over in that long week before payday. There are plenty of times of when they've helped me out.
I didn't want to get into any expensive, lengthy loan arrangement and I needed the money in my account as soon as possible to satisfy both the bill collectors and my better half. So I signed up with my mobile and took £100 out of the wall shortly after.
I ran out of cash on holiday and they helped me out

speed to payout
I didn't have a huge amount of cash left in my account and payday wasn't until the next week, but I really wanted to try and get myself and the kids home, even if it meant travelling across the continent by road. Then I suddenly remembered about the loan service I'd signed up for and I found the number stored in my mobile. After texting them I received confirmation that the loan had been approved and the cash was in my account and ready to use really quickly.

Mobile Quid is a lender that specialises in loans for £100 over a 7 day period. The aim of Mobile Quid is to offer small value loans that are easy and quick to access, they aim to get you your funds within two hours of applying. You can also reapply as many times as you like as long as you pay back your previous loans with them on time. The cost for the credit works out at that you will pay £112 when borrowing £100 over a 7 day period.
The application process is fairly simple. You have to first complete a one-off sign up form which can be found on their website, they will ask for your personal details at this stage such as: income details, address details and bank details etc. You may need to send them copies of your bank statements from the last 3 months. Once you are registered you need to send a text with your PIN number (will have been sent to your email) to 88080. Once this text is sent, you will get access to your credit agreement which you will need to sign. When you are accepted, they will notify you via email and text message and the funds will be transferred instantly.
This is a pretty unique company. Once you are registered with them you can apply for as many £100 loans as you like, you can only have one at a time but if you repay it on time, then all you need to do to get another £100 is send a text, then within minutes you will have it in your account.
