Hi guys just thought I would write up my experience with these guys, obviously using payday loans r a last ditch resort for getting money and now looking back I really wish I hadn't got involved, like many people Iv come across u may have 4-5 loans out with these payday lenders, I came across 247 moneybox by chance and needed cash so I applied, I was accepted straight away got my pin and the next day I had the funds available......trouble hit home when I realised I couldn't pay all these loans of in the time they wanted so after getting advice from the national debt line they advised me to contact each lender and set up payment plans, all the companies I was dealing with we're so helpful and arranged for payments at a price I could afford over a concession of months :-) happy days.....well no not with 247 moneybox they couldn't give a damn about my situation and claimed they couldn't help until my payment is due then rejected then interest applied!! Then they can help. I was horrified I'm struggling so I have to get myself in deeper debt to gain help.....that is awful!! On my due date I had money in my account to pay the others but 247 took to the whole lot....after complaining which got me now where and speaking to customer service who are so rude and unhelpful I was left with no option :-( they didnt care! I had a remaining blance of 40 pounds which they told me they would freeze intreset on and debit from my account next month a date we both agreed.....finally I was getting somewhere. Well the story continues on that due date they didn't take a penny :-/ very strange seeing as they cleared me out last month alarm bells started ringing so a few days later I logged into my account to pay the remainder, great I was happy my dealings with them were over.....hmmm not likely!! A week later I get my bank statement £140 had been taken from 247 moneybox I couldn't believe it I was so upset and angry so I called them basically they claimed they tried to take the money out on the due date but it was declined, well after speaking with my bank they verified no payment had been taken or tried by 247 monvbox on or around that date they also confirmed I had over a grand in my account so it's hardly gonna decline! I contacted training standards took their advice and complained via email....with in 30mins an account manager called to say it was a cock up on their behalf and the money will be refunded.....bloody too right!! anyways just have ur eyes wide opening dealing with this lender try other companies first 247 have no interest in helping and are on the fine lines of being legal! Good luck and beware.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY BREAK EVERY DATA PROTECTION RULE IN THE BOOK LEAVING MESSAGES ON ANSWER PHONES WITH PERSONAL DETAILS ON REGARDING THE LOAN, FINE IF YOU WANT EVERYONE INCLUDING YOUR WORK COLLEAGUES TO KNOW YOU HAVE TAKEN OUT A LOAN, THE AVERAGE LOAN OF £200.00 WILL COST YOU £500.00 IN JUST TWO MONTHS IF YOU DEFAULT OR HAVE PROBLEMS £100.00 IN INTERST AND CHARGES IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS, INFORMATION HAS BEEN PASSED TO DATA PROTECTION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WORKING TO ANY CODES OF PRACTICE CERTAINLY NOT IN LINE WITH THE FSA - PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE THEY ARE RUDE, PUSHY AND MAKE YOU AGREE TO CHARGES AND PAYMENTS THAT YOU CAN NOT MAINTAIN.

used these a couple of times over the last year, overall not bad unless you develop a problem as i did changed banks added a new card they collect their money my bank stops them as they were attempting to take it in small amounts and my bank suspected fraud?they eventually got their money a day late after i told the bank it was ok but it destroyed my rating with them, up to then they had been ok.the problem is you are bombarded with texts and calls even at work if a payment fails until its sorted.
